  • Returns and Replacements Policies



    · Solitude Northwest will accept returns of purchased products within 30 days of the date of shipment.



    · Solitude Northwest does not issue credit for costs incurred in shipping a returned product.



    · Solitude Northwest must receive the returned product within 20 days after an RMA number has been issued. An assigned RMA number is valid for 20 days only and will expire on the 21st day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products will be refused.



    Returns should be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, documentation and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.



    Refusal Policy



    · Shipped items that are refused by the customer or if continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to Solitude Northwest. Credit will be issued for the product cost and tax, less shipping cost. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment if a delivery attempt has failed.



    Instructions for Returns



    To return a product please follow these steps:



    · 1. Request a Return

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Submit your RMA request to the following e-mail address: contact@solitudenorthwest.com

    · 2. Ship the Product Back to Us

    Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned, as well as writing it on a piece of paper and including that inside the package. We recommend that you ship the product back to us using an insured shipment method. Solitude Northwest will not be responsible for items lost in transit, it is a good idea to hold on to your return tracking number until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped. The returns address will be sent to you in the same email as the issued RMA number.

    · 3. Receive Your Refund or Replacement

    Once the return is received; please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.
